Capstone Signs New Distributor Agreement for the Oil and Gas Sector in China While Attending US Clean Energy Trade Mission

On January 17, 2008, Capstone Turbine Corporation signed a Distributor Agreement with Shanghai Tech-Steel Petroleum & Natural Gas Technology Development Co. Ltd ("STS") for the oil and gas sector in China while attending US Clean Energy Trade Mission. The signing ceremony took place between Mr. Jim Crouse, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Capstone Turbine, and Mr. Li Qiang, General Manager of Tech-Steel. Also present from Capstone were, Mr. Shelby Ahmann, Sr. Vice President, Customer Service, and Mr. Simon Xu, Regional Sales Manager in China. And from Tech-Steel, Mr. Pang GuangMing, Vice General Manager and Mr. Liu DeJiu, Manager of Microturbine Department.
