Question:
Has Capstone evaluated its facilities impact on the environment? Does Capstone use a lot of hazardous materials in their manufacturing process?
Answer from Capstone Management:
Capstone has strict environmental guidelines to which it adheres, including ISO14001 environmental standards. Capstone monitors its compliance with these standards as well as all applicable state and local laws and regulations in California. Capstone, unlike many larger manufacturers, uses a very low level of hazardous materials in the manufacturing process.

Question:
What is a warrant with an anti-dilution provision?
Answer from Capstone Management:
A warrant with an anti-dilution provision protects the holder of the warrant in various events, including stock splits, mergers and issuances of shares at a lower share price than the holders’ warrant exercise price.

Will there be new case studies added to the Web Site soon?
Answer from Capstone Management:
Capstone posts detailed case studies on a regular basis. Most recently added were the Astor Chocolate Corp. and Russian Ski Resort case studies.

Question:
I have a question regarding CPST's poison pill. Is it true that if a company were to desire to acquire CPST, the minimum they could offer is $10 per share due to CPST's Poison Pill?
Answer from Capstone Management:
No. The Capstone stockholder rights plan does not stipulate a minimum price for the Company’s shares, but it is intended to discourage any coercive, low value offers for the Company by requiring that any offer be communicated to and negotiated with the Company's Board of Directors.
